a quick read with so many useful tips & info on caring for your skin. it also contains very simple and effective facial exercises that even the
busiest of schedules can
accommodate.
The first thing i do when i get home
from work is… put on sweatpants. the
second thing i do is... put my hair up
in a kitsch cloud scrunchie. they're
oh so comfortable and gentle yet
keep a secure hold on your hair.
This impressive facial sponge is an effective and excellent way to
not only exfoliate your skin, but to
provide facial lymphatic drainage as well. there’s also two sides (one slightly smoother than the other)
to vary the intensity of
the exfoliation.

cream (and believe me, i’ve tried many!)
it has a very light, almost
non-existent scent and repairs dry
hands just after a few uses. it
even manages to stay on the
skin after hand
